Singh's case, which was relied upon by the Reference Court while granting enhancement in compensation in favour of the land owner (respondent no. 1 herein) has already been rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Courl and Risal
Singh's judgment of this Court stands upheld, nothing survives in this appeal to be argued by him.
In view of the aforesaid fair submission, this appeal is dismissed and since respondents have not been served so far with the notice of this appeal there is no order as to costs.
