CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.K. BHASIN
16.0s.2011
I have heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner-defendant had presented a counter-claim of over ( 20 lacs in a suit for recovery of money filed by respondent-tenant. By the impugned order the counter-claim has been ordered to be returned to the petitioner since it was beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Courts. Grievance of the petitioner is that suit and counter-claim both should have been transferred to this
Court for being tried together.
There is no material inegularity in the impugned order justifying interference by this Court in exercise of its revisional jurisdiction.
Dismissed.
