Petitioners and respondent no. 2 are neighbors. A quairel took place between them which has resulted in registration of the present FIR under Sections 326/34 IPG on the complaint of respondent no. 2 against the petitioners at Police Station
Badarpur. Being neighbors, after buiying their hatches, petitioners and respondent no. 2 have now settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as, they want to maintain harmonious relations in future with each other.
