In the incident, petitioners had also sustained injuries. Cross- case has also been registered against the complainant party.
Having regard to the totality of the circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of tl0,000/- each with one local surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/SHO concerned. However, petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called upon to do so.
Applications are disposed of in the above terms.
