Having regard to the totality of the circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of t10,000/- each with (one local surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/SHO concerned. However, petitioners shall cooperate in tJre investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called upon to do so'
