Vide this petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of orders dated
17.5.2001 and 7.9.2001 passed by the learned ACMM in complaint case No.
B9lIl7995 under Section I32ll35-A of the Customs Act, 1962, pending in the court of learned ACMM, New Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 17th. May, 2001, learned ACMM directed the issue of process under Section B2lB3 CrPC against the petitioner and vide order dated 07th September, 200L, the petitioner was declared Proclaimed Offender. However, thereafter, the petitioner appeared in the courL and he is attending trial on each and every date of hearing. ln view of this, there is no purpose left in continuing this petition, Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
