It is agreed between the counsel for the parties that the divorce petition which is filed by the petitioner against the respondent and which is pending in Dwarka Courts, New Delhi be transferred to the competent Court in Saket, New Delhi and which is also dealing with a petition under the Hindu
Marriage Act, 1955 for annulment of the marriage against the petitioner.
This annulment petition is listed before the Court of Sh. Rajeev Bansal, ADJ, Saket Courts, New Delhi.
Petition is accordingly disposed of as per the aforesaid directions.
