Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pursuing MBA course from University ofWales (U.K.). The course is likely to be completed in October, 2011. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filed an application seeking exemption from his personal appearance before the trial court till completion of his MBA course but the trial court has listed the matter on ll^h July 2011 and has also issued bailable warrants against the petitioner.
