Petitioner seeks interim bail to attend the marriage of his nephew, who is going to be married on 12^^ June, 2011. Factum of marriage of nephew of petitioner has been verified by the respondent. On earlier occasion also petitioner had been released on interim bail. He had not misused the concession of interim bail extended to him. Accordingly, petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of 3 weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^25,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
Application is disposed of in the above terms.
