1. Mr. Sanghi, learned Senior Counsel for the decree holder, submits that he has verified from his client that the entire awarded amount stands paid by the respondent.

2. Mr. Shukla, learned Counsel for respondents, merely submits that the court may record that the payment has been made without prejudice, and subject to the outcome of the challenge to the award in the execution proceedings presently pending before the Patiala House Courts.

3. The submission of Mr. Shukla is recorded, and release of the amount to the petitioner shall remain subject to the outcome of the Section 34 challenge. O.M.P. (Enf.) (Comm.) 111/2022

4. No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
