Present: Mr. Siddharth Bambha, Advocate for the petitioner.
+ C.M.(M) No.709/2011 and C.M. Nos.11502/2011 (stay) and
11503/2011 (exemption)
The challenge by means of this petition under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India, is to the impugned order dated 23.3.2011 which has dismissed an application for amendment, filed at the stage of final arguments. In spite of repeated queries being put to the counsel for the petitioner as to how many times the case has been adjourned for final arguments, no reply isforthcoming and nothing is stated in the petition.
The petition, therefore, seems to have been filed only to delay final arguments in the case.
Dismissed.
