Date of birth of petitioner No.l/girl is L8.O2.1989. Photocopy of certificate issued by Board of Secondar5r Education is placed on record. Petitioners have married. against the wishes of family members of petitioner No.1. Petitioners apprehend danger to their life since they have married against the wishes of family members of girl i.e. petitioner No.1.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1 through Commissioner of Police and Station House
Officer, P.S. Govind Puri to ensure the safety of petitioners within the territorial bounds of NCT OF Delhi.
Copy of the order be given dasti to both the parties.
