JUDGMENT
1. On the attention of Mr. Colin Gonsalves, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, being drawn to para 11 of the order under challenge, which states that the order was passed on consent, Mr. Gonsalves seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to move the learned Single Judge by way of an appropriate application.
