With the consent of both sides, this petition is disposed of with a request to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal to take up this W.P.(C) 9281/2024 matter and hear it on 21 October 2024, failing which the stay which has been granted by the learned Tribunal by its order dated 13 December 2023 would cease to be in operation.

4. Neither side shall be permitted to take any adjournment on the said date, subject to the Bench being available.

5. This Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the dispute between the parties.

6. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
