The petitioner's wife Uma Sharma is present in Court. She is admittedly over 2l years of age. Her father Mr Mishri Lal Sharma is also present in Court and he also states that he has no objections to the marriage between his daughter and the petitioner and she is free to reside with her husband.
Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner's wife Uma Sharma (respondent No.5) may leave the court premises to reside with her husband in their matrimonial home.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
