2011:DHC:17956 purpose of cultivation by his brother. As regards his medical condition it is stated that all facilities are available in jail and the Petitioner is being provided with the same.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. A perusal of the nominal roll shows that the Petitioner was earlier granted parole with effect from 15^'^
May, 2010 to 15^*^ June 2010 when he surrendered in time. There is no allegation of misuse of the concession. Moreover, there is no mis-conduct reported in the jail. In view of the fact that it has been more than one year for the Petitioner when he was last granted parole and according to the
Petitioner he wants to give his land on lease so that he can earn from the same, I deem it appropriate to grant parole to the Petitioner for a period of four weeks. It is, therefore, directed that the Petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his frimishing a personal bond in the sum of
Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Trial Court/CMM. Order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
Petition is disposed of.
