The petitioner's daughter Manisha Kumari, who is admittedly about 23 years of age, has been located. She is present in Court. She states that she has entered into matrimony with Parveen Kumar, son of Shri Ram Parsad, resident of House No. 307, Gali No. 291F., Molarband Extension, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044 on 20.06.2011 at Arya Samaj Mandir, Patna, Bihar.
Parveen Kutnar, who is present in Court, has stated and assured this Court that he will take good care of his wife Manisha Kumari, who is the daughter of the petitioner. Manisha Kumari has also expressed her desire to reside with her husband Parveen Kumar and not with her parents.
In these circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of as no further directions are necessary. lfu*V
