1. By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.1.2011, wherein the right of the petitioner to cross examine the complainant has been closed.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, one opportunity is given to the petitioner to cross examine the complainant subject to payment of ^10,000/- by way of cost to the complainant.
3. The cost shall be paid before the cross examination.
4. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of.
