Since the date of marriage has already elapsed, the ground for which parole was sought has become infi-trctuous. Further the Petitioner was granted parole w.e.f. lt' March,20II and thus, there is no ground to grant him parole tb reestablish ties at this stage.
Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
