* After needlessly arguing the matter over an issue which is already before the AAIFR (Appellate Authority) and the Appellate
Authority has fixed the matter for hearing on 27.07.2011, learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek to press the writ petition and the applications and states that she will urge all the pleas before the Appellate Authority.
The apprehension expressed by the learned counsel of the petitioner with regard to the possibility of sale of assets is taken care by the fact that the petitioner is on the Asset Sale
Committee and learned counsel for R-2/Company states that no assets will be sold by the R-2/Company without prior leave of the
Appellate Authority.
The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
