Terms of settlement have been recorded in the present application, which is Marked as Mark 'c'. Apprication has been duly signed by the parties' Defendant no. t has signed this application in his individual capacit5r as also on behalf of defendant nos. 2 and 3 of which he is
Director' Application is also supported by the affidavits of the parties. I have perused the apprication and find that agreement is rawful.
Application is alrowed and decree is passed in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. Mark .c, shall form part of decree. A sum of 11 lakh, in terms of crause 4, has been paid by the defendants to the plaintiff no.1 vide cheque no. 497973 drawn in favour of M/s Anand and Anand , Advocates for the praintiffs. M/s Anand and Anand sharl be at liberty to transmit this amount to plaintiff no. 1, in accordance with law.
