The Petitioners who are present in person states that they received the threat on the 5ft June, 2OIl before filing of the present petition on telephone wherein the parents of the Petitioner
No.l stated that they would see them. However, after filing of the present petition no threat has been received.

In view of the fact that no threat has been received after the filing of the present petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that as and when there is a threat to the Petitioners they will cqntact the SHO concerned who will take action in accordance with law. Order dasti.
