Instant petition under Section 482 CrPC is directed against the
\ order dated 18'^ May, 2011 of the learned ACMM, New Delhi as also the subsequent order dated 01"'June, 2011 whereby the respondent accused was granted permission to travel abroad till 26"" June, 2011.
Since the period of permission granted to the accused for travelling abroad has already expired and there is no allegation that he has failed to return back to India, present petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
