Ry this pctition the Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 45412010 under Sections 420/468/471134 IPC registered at PS Ashok Nagar, Delhi ilter alia o1the ground that the allegations as set out by the complainant ate false and self contradictory. 'fhe Complainant has in the complaint leveled allegations of forgery against the Petitioner whereas in the civil suit hc has stated that the forgery was committcd by one Brij Pal.
Be that as it ffiay, all these issues ate a matter of investigation. f,earned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioncr would fully

2011:DHC:17979 b cooperate in the investigation and supply the documents to the investigating agency showing the falsity of the cornplaint, so that they corne to a proper conclusion.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State also states that the documcnts supplied by the Petitioner will be duly considered and action in accordance with law will be taken.
In view of this statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and application at this stage with liberty to file a fiesh petition if need arise.
Leave and libertY granted.
Petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn.
