CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MT]KTA GT]PTA oh 07.07.2011
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of the present petition the Government has already granted him parole for a period of one month vide order dated 9s June, 2000 and fuither prays that the parole be extended for one more month. I do not find any reason to extend the period of parole once the Competent Authority has applied its mind and granted the parole to the Petitioner for a period of one month.
Consequently, the present petition is dismissed.
