Vide this petition, the petitioners are seeking relaxation for four months from the payment of monthly instalments to be paid to the complainant in terms of order dated 22.2.2011. The reason given for seeking relaxation is the decline in business and blocking of substantial working capital of the petitioners. The application is vague and does not disclose the financial status of the petitioners i.e. the funds available with them in their bank accounts as also the property owns by them. Thus, I do not find any justification in the request for relaxation of the period of payment of instalments undertaken by them as recorded in the order of this court dated 22.2.2011 in Bail Application No.1681/2010.
Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
