Leave granted.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
On 15.05.2007, notice was issued limited to the question as to whether back wages sh ould be paid or not. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view tha t instead of 50% of back wages as directed by the Labour Court and as affirmed by the High cou rt, 25% of back wages shall be paid to the respondent within a period of two months from this da te.
We order accordingly. With this modification, the order of the High Court is affirmed. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
