JUDGMENT
1. The petition was disposed of on 07.10.2024.
2. The present application has been moved by the petitioner mentioning therein that though the appearance slip had been duly submitted in the Court and the counsel for the petitioner had also physically appeared and argued the matter but their appearance is not reflected in judgment dated 07.10.2024.
3. It seems that due to inadvertence and oversight, the appearance has not been recorded in the above said judgment.
4. The application is allowed with the direction that the names of the counsels for petitioner Ms. Sitwat Nabi (Virtually), Mr. Athar Alam (Virtually), Ms. Shabiesta Nabi (Virtually), Ms. Simran Khurrana, (Physically), Mr. Abhishek Dwivedi (Physically), and Ms. Aditi Chaudhary CM(M) 3553/2024 2 (Physically), be also shown in the appearance.
5. The application is disposed of accordingly.
6. This order be also uploaded as corrigendum to the the above said judgment dated 07.10.2024.
