1 and 2, on instructions from Mr. Prashant Kumar, Chief Financial
Adviser of respondents 1 and 2 states that though the said companies are not parties to the agreement dated 13.01 .2007 , they are willing to
:r a 2011:DHC:6838 I be subjected to arbitration under the aforesaid agreement. All the parties are agreeable to the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator by this
Court to resolve all the disputes between them. Accordingly, I appoint
Mr. Justice A.P.Shah, Retd. Judge of this Court as the Sole Arbitrator.
The learned Arbitrator shall be paid fees according to the schedule of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre. This petition is accordingly allowed. A copy of this order be communicated to the lerned Arbitrator by the Registr5r. vtPtN SANGHl, J
