By way of this petition, the petitioner is impugning two orders of even date dated 06.06.2011; first order had been passed on an application under Order 7 Rule 14 of the Code of Civil as Procedure (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code') wherein the permission sought by the plaintiff to place on record certain additional documents had been dismissed. The second application of the plaintiff which had been dismissed was an application under
Order 16 read with Section 151 of the Code for summoning the witness.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
