Mr. Sanjay Sehrawat counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the building completion certificate is still not in the possession of the petitioner utta on instructions from the petitioner he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to apply fresh for recognition after having obtained the said certificate.
Reserving the said liberty to apply fresh in accordance with the law the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
