Companies Act, 1956 seeking a direction to the Voluntary Liquidator, namely, Mr. Sanjeev K. Sharma to furnish information and documents as sought for by the Official Liquidator.
Keeping in view the averments m the petition, the Voluntary
Liquidator, Mr. Sanjeev K. Sharma, 1568, Church Road Kashmere Gate, P.B. No. 118, GPO, New Delhi - 110 006 is directed to appear before
Mr. Sudhir Kapoor, Assistant Official Liquidator on 10111 August, 2011 at 2.30 p.m. along with all documents as sought for by the Official Liquidator.
Registry is directed to forthwith communicate this order to
Mr. Sanjeev K. Sharma at the aforesaid address along with a copy of the company petition and Annexure L annexed to the present petition. co. Pm: 28.J 2011 Page I of2
