Present petition has been filed under Section 497(6) of the
Companies Act, 1956 seeking a direction to the Voluntary Liquidator, namely, Mr. R.K. Kapoor to furnish information and documents as sought for by the Official Liquidator.
Keeping in view the averments in the petition, the Voluntary
Liquidator, Mr. R.K. Kapoor, 101, Vardhrnan Crystal Plaza, CD Block, Pitampura, Delhi - 110 034 is directed to appear before Mr. Sudhir Kapoor, • Assistant Official Liquidator on 10th August, 2011 at 2.30 p.m. along with all documents mentioned in paragraph 8 of the present petition.
Registry is directed to forthwith communicate this order to
Mr. R.K. Kapoor at the aforesaid address along with a copy of the company petition but without enclosing annexures.
