13.07.2011 Present petition has been filed under Section 497(6) of the
Companies Act, 1956 seeking a direction to the Voluntary Liquidator, namely, Mr. Rajindra Prashad Singla to furnish information and documents as sought for by the Official Liquidator.
Keeping in view the averments m the petition, the Voluntary
Liquidator, Mr. Rajindra Prashad Singla, B-5/7, Mianwali Nagar, New Delhi- 110 041 is directed to appear before Mr. Sudhir Kapoor, Assistant
Official Liquidator on lOth August, 2011 at 2.30 p.m. along with all documents mentioned in paragraph 6 ofthe present petition.
Registry is directed to forthwith communicate this order to
Mr. Rajindra Prashad Singla at the aforesaid address along with a copy of the company petition but without enclosing annexures.

In the event the Voluntary Liquidator does not provide requisite information, the Official Liquidator is granted liberty to seek revival of the present petition.
With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
