By this petition, the Petitioner seeks parole to look after his ailing mother and to find a suitable groom for his unmarried sister'
On a notice being issued, status report dated 12th July, 20II has been filed by the State which shows that the Petitioner has three brothers and three sisters. out of the three brother one is in army and other two are living with the mother. His two sisters are married and the marriage of third sister
Reena is fixed in the month of January'
In view of the fact that the grounds taken by the Petitioner are incorect, I am not inclined to grant parole to the Petitioner at this stage'
Petition is dismissed. copy of this order be communicated to the
Petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail, New Delhi.
