The application has been filed by the petitioners seeking to withdraw the writ petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties in terms of the letter dated 25.06.2011. The terms of the settlement have been reproduced in para 1 of the application. These terms have been accepted by the petitioners vide letter dated 29.06.2011, which is annexed as Annexure-PB to the application. The petitioners have also deposited amounts in furtherance of the settlement arrived at between the parties and as part of the settlement, learned counsel for the
Respondent/Bank has agreed to withdraw OA No.246/2001.
The aforesaid settlement is, thus, taken on record and the application is allowed.
