It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner and respondent No.2 that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement in matrimonial proceedings being matrimonial case No.94/2010 titled 'Jyoti Rajput & Anr.
Vs. Sunil Rajput' before Judge-02, Family Court, Rohini, Delhi. It is submitted that a joint statement of Jyoti Rajput and respondent No.2 was recorded by the Family Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 submits, on instructions from their respective clients
