18.07.2011 The Petitioner No. 1 who is present in person states that she is now living in room at E-88, LajpatNagar-Il, Delhi, that is, the matrimonial home with her children and needs no protection. She states that she does not want to press the present petition.
This fact is disputed by Respondent No. 2 who states that E-88, Lajpat
Nagar-II is not the matrimonial home of the Petitioner No. 1.
Be that as it may, the parties would be at liberty to take recourse to the legal remedies available to them in accordance with law.
18.07.2011 The Petitioner No. 1 who is present in person states that she is now living in room at E-88, LajpatNagar-Il, Delhi, that is, the matrimonial home with her children and needs no protection. She states that she does not want to press the present petition.
This fact is disputed by Respondent No. 2 who states that E-88, Lajpat
Nagar-II is not the matrimonial home of the Petitioner No. 1.
Be that as it may, the parties would be at liberty to take recourse to the legal remedies available to them in accordance with law.

2011:DHC:18780 As regard the present petition, the only prayer of the Petitioners is police protection, which the Petitioner No. 1 states that they do not need any more.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioner No. I who also is the guardian of Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 does not want to press the present petition.
The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
