Mr.V.K.Tandon, Advocate for respondents.
+CONT. CAS rc) No.260/2011
This petition is an abuse of the process of law. The petitioner is seeking a direction that the respondent be hauled up for contempt for not complying with the direction in the order dated 16.4.2010. The order dated 16.4.2010 has been perused.
Admittedly an application had been filed under Section 74(4) of the Delhi Land
Reforms Act 1954 which was pending before the SDM. Direction had been given that the said application should be disposed of by the SDM within a period of six months from 16.4.2010. Admittedly that application has since been disposed of on
31.1.2011. Tliis order had also recorded that if any fresh application is made by the petitioner before the Tehsildar for the purpose of correction of the Khasra Girdwari necessary inspection will be made by the Halka Patwari. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inspection has since been made by the Halka Patwari. This court is at total loss as to why this petition has been filed. The aforenoted direction had been completely complied with by the respondents. This petition being an abuse of the process ofthe Court is dismissed with cost of?5000/- to ybe deposited with the
Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. Copy of this orqer be sent to concerned
SDM to ensure compliance.
