JUDGMENT
(oral)

1. Petitioners, as decree holders, are pursuing Execution Petition and seek direction to the SHO concerned for arrest of the Judgement Debtor.

2. When asked, learned counsel for the petitioner shared the last order passed by the learned Executing Court and such order dated 03.10.2024 is found to be loud and clear. As per said order, there is already a direction for issuance of fresh warrants of arrest against Judgement Debtor and there is also a direction to the SHO concerned to render requisite police assistance in execution of such warrant of arrest.

3. The next date before the learned Executing Court is 20.12.2024.

4. Since the prayer made in the present petition has already been adequately addressed by the learned Executing Court itself, there is no reason to pass any further direction. CM(M) 3567/2024 2

5. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the above said terms.
