"Report of the Registry indicates that notice was not submittedfor endorsement.
Upon deposit of fresh process fee, issue notice to respondent by all modes, returnable for I91 h July, 2011. "
Today, despite a pass over none has appeared for parties. Even the report of the Registry is that notice could not be issued for want of process fee.
Accordingly, present petition and pending applications are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
