1. F.I.R. No.523/2010 was registered on 18.10.2010 under Sections 365/506/323/34 of the IPC at PS Mandawli Fazadpur against the petitioners on the complaint of respondent No.2 Shri Shripal.

2. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners and the respondent No. 2 (who is the complainant in this case) have settled their disputes and nothing further remains in this matter and, therefore, prays that the aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

3. Ld. APP states that charge sheet has not yet been filed 2011:DHC:10566 and the case is at the stage of investigation.

Respondent No.2 states that with the intervention of friends and members of the community, he has settled the disputes with the petitioners and does not want to continue the proceedings any further and he has no objection if the FIR in this case is quashed.

5. In the aforesaid circumstances, since the matter has already been settled between the parties amicably and the respondent No. 2 does not want to pursue the matter any further, I quash the F.I.R. No.523/2010 registered at PS Mandawli Fazadpur under Sections 365/506/323/34 of the IPG and all proceedings emanating therefrom against the petitioners. Ordered accordingly.
