22.07.2011 Learned counsel for State submits tliat Charge sheet has already been filed in FIR No. 112/2001 and as far as FIR NO. 111/2001 is concerned, the charge sheet in the same would be filed today itself in the concerned court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition is filed against the quashing of FIR NO. 111/2001, charge sheet in which is supposed to be filed in the concerned court in due course.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh challenging the
FIR No. 111/2001 and charge sheet. Liberty granted.
CrI. M.C. 2271/2001 is dismissed as withdrawn.
