ORDER
1. Pertaining to the lands of the appellant which were acquired pursuant to a notification dated 23.1.1965 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act in village Tughlakabad the learned Reference Court has enhanced the compensation to ?40,000/- per bigha, which I find is in conformity with the view \ / taken by this Court in the decision reported as 1992(48) DLT 202 Chandan Vs. UP! whereunder pertaining to the same notification and pertaining to the same village compensation assessed was @ ^40,000/- per bigha.
2. Since decision in Chandan's (supra) case has attained finality. Idismiss LA.APP.No.1266/2008. -T— PRADEEP NANDRA JULY 22, 2011 rk OGJ.
