By this petition, the Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to arrange finances to file Special Leave Petition in the hon'ble Supreme
Court and to re-establish social ties.
On a notice being issued, a status report has been frled by the state
. which reveals that on enquiry it was found that the Petitioners have four
.J married brother and three married sisters, all living in Meerut. It is also revealed that the family members of the Petitioner have akeady sold their ancestral property. The father of the Petitioner has expired, however his mother Smt. Raheesa is living with her eldest son Sh. Yusuf in Meerut.
Petitioner's mother also visits Tihar Jail regularly to meet the Petitioner.
The Petitioner has been in continuous incarceration for a period of 7% o

\ years. I find it a fit case to grant parole L<l the Petitioner for a period of four weeks on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. One lac with two sureties of the like amount out of which one surety would be his family member subject to the satisfaction of the Trial CourV CMM.

By this application the Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated
28th July, Z0II whereby he was granted parole for a period of four weeks.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is not in a position to furnish the personal bond and the two sureties of Rs. I lakh each as he belongs to a very poor strata of the society'
A status report has been filed which states that the Petitioner has four brothers and three married sisters. The brothers are living separately. The father of the petitioner has already expired. The mother of the Petitioner keeps'shifting from one place to another. Earlier she was living with her

----, -*' eldest son but now she has shifted to her parental house, in Village Birshan
Pur, PS Kithhor, District Meerut, U.P.
In view of the fact that that the Petitioner has sought parole on the ground of filing a Special Leave Petition and is not in a position to furnish the surety bond as directed vide order dated 28th July, 20IL, I deem it fit to modify the order dated 28th July, 201t.
It is, therefore, directed that the Petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his fumishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.

25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount out of which one surety would be his family member, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial
Court/CMM.
Application stands disPosed of.
