JUDGMENT
1. The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall today at 1600 hours deliver possession ofShiamik Refeixal Centie for People Living with HIV/AIDS, Kalkaji, New Delhi to the Labour Coiiimissioner. The counsel for the respondent Delhi Labour Welfaie Board states that 2011:DHC:8274 anangements shall be made for so taking over possession today.
2. The counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner havmg agreed to so deliver possession, no fiuther orders are needed. It is howevei stated that the petitioner is willing to render any assistance which the respondents may require qua the said centre.
3. The petition is accordingly disposed of rnNT.rASrO 545/2011
4. The counsel for the petitioner relator states that in view of the above this Contempt Petition has become inffuctuous and the same be disposed of Accordingly the same isdisposed of Dasti. JULY 28, 2011 pp..
