The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section Il(6) ofthe rF Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator as per
(r\ the provision Clause 17 of the Arbitration Agreernent dated 09.09.2009.
Mr. Abhijat, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent states that he has no objection if the prayer rnade in the petition is allowed.
