20.07.2011 Learned counsel for State submits that the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Trial Court and the matter is listed for framing of charge for 03.08.2011.
In this petition, petitioner has prayed to quash the FIR
No.518/2007 registered at Police Station Janakpuri, New Delhi under Section 498A/406 Indian Penal Code.
In the above circumstances, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the charge sheet has been filed, he would also like to challenge the charge sheet.

His prayer is accepted and liberty is granted to file the fresh petition, as prayed.
