By this petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR primarily on the ground that no charge-sheet has been filed despite the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2008.
Learned proxy counsel for learned Addl. Standing Counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the charge-sheet has

: already been frled on 28'h January, 2OII on which cggnizance has been taken and the matter is listed on 4ft August, 20II.
In view of the statement of the learned proxy counsel for the State, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he does not want to press the present petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberly to file a fresh petition if need arises.
Leave and liberlry granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn'
