By this petition the Petitioner who was granted parole for a period of one month by the competent authority on the ground that he wanted to construct the house seeks extension of paroie. The competent authority granted him parole for a period of'cue rnonth. it is stated that though the
Petitioner had startecl the consiruciioii add irad tried to compiete it but coulrl not compiete the same within one month.
On notice being issued to the State, a status report has been filed.
According to the status report the construi;iion of the house of the Petitioner at Village Ghurnanhera, Delhi is almost i:ompleted. I-Iowever, soms work still remains and the stoue tiles arc. iying c'rr: Litc roof of the house. w.P.(cRL) es5/2011 Puge I ef 2
2011:DHC:18880 , Since the construction of the l,:.oi:st i:: rtot complete, in the interest of justice, the Petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeks on his fuinishing personal bond in the sum of R.s. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM.
Petition is disposed of.

By this application the applicant seeks modification of the order dated
29tt' JuIy,20II Seeking reduction in the surety amount from Rs. 25,00/- to
Rs. 5,000/-.
The Petitioner was granted parole by this Court for completing the pending constructions. However the Petitioner has not been able to furnish the surety bond of Rs. 25,0001-. The Applicant/Petitioner was released on parole by the competent authority on his fumishing a personal bond and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 4,000/-. The Petitioner surrendered in tirne.
In the interest of justice, the order dated 29'h July,zOIt is modified w.P.(cRL) 9ss/2011 Page I of 2
, and it is directed that that Petitioner will now bQ released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Courl/CMM.
Application stands deposed of.
Copy of the order be communicated to the Petitioner through the
Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
